Are you interested in Quality and love work in a team ?

We are now looking for a Quality Key Contact to Customers.

Mission:

Manage warranty and quality performance (customer claims, DPPM, response time, containment actions at customer site,…)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional problem-solving teams to drive process and product improvements; use of QA methodologies to manage and facilitate issue resolution including root cause investigations and the development, implementation and monitoring of effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Establish and maintain quality performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement quality standards as part of the TitanX Quality System to ensure products meet expectations of customers.
  • Support the development of product specifications and tolerances, design and process FMEAs.
  • Establish and maintain control plans / inspection standards to assure critical features are controlled through the production processes.
  • Lead/facilitate review and disposition of discrepant materials identified for control of nonconforming product.
  • Perform internal audits (system, product, process, project,…)
  • Apply and deploy TISIX application (quality tools) to promote and maintain a culture and attitude of continuous improvement, working within the TitanX team to make it more efficient, safer and an enjoyable place to work.
  • Perform other related duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering, or the equivalent in experience (minimum 10 years)
  • Knowledge of IATF16949, Customer Specific Requirements and the core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, APQP, SPC)
  • Quality systems experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated success in applying quality problem solving methodologies
  • Good oral, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Must be analytical, detail oriented, effectively handle multiple priorities, have a strong quality mindset and have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • May be required to support extended hours based on business and production needs.
  • Fluent in English – Swedish language is a plus
  • Ability to work into a SAP environment is a plus
