Receiving Inspection Technician

We are now looking for a Receiving Inspection Technician

Mission:

Ensure the verification of quality on supplied raw material, parts or components by executing defined quality controls plans.

Ensure the accuracy and precision of the measurements taken using equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Read drawings, instructions, and procedures to understand and apply the quality expectations for the incoming material.
• Release or segregate rejected raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance.
• Maintain and keep records of testing and inspections.
• Work closely with production organization concerning incoming material quality discrepancies and provide feedback in support of preventative and corrective action activities.
• Calibrate and adjust equipment’s / instruments according to protocol.
• Apply and deploy TISIX application (quality tools) to promote and maintain a culture and attitude of continuous improvement, working within the TitanX team to make it more efficient, safer and an enjoyable place to work.
• Perform other related duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent or 2-3 years incoming inspection experience in the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of the core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, APQP, SPC)
• Must be analytical, detail oriented and have a strong quality mindset.
• May be required to support extended hours based on business and production needs.
• Fluent in English – Swedish language is a plus.
• Ability to work into SAP environment is a plus.
