Your work tasks

The  Payroll Specialist will support the HR Director Sweden on all HR, Payroll & Communication administration aspects that add value to the overall business. 

• Payroll administration
• Point of contact with external payroll provider
• Employee benefit administration
• Winningtemp administration
• HR Reporting including HR KPI’s/Recruitment status.
• Recruitment administration and support
• Internal/external training coordination and support
• Internal intranet support
• On-boarding/Off-boarding processes
• Corporate induction planning
• Storing personal files and other employment related documentation
• Administration regarding purchasing is also part of your tasks

Your profile

You have post-secondary education with a focus on payroll / economics, alternatively acquired equivalent knowledge in another way, and worked at least 2 years in the role of payroll specialist and independently handled all parts of the payroll process.

And you also have:

• Strong administration skills with experience in Microsoft Office and internet administration.
• Ability to work autonomously and have developed a real ability to get things done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Swedish.
