About the positions

E-Fan-Motor Technical Specialist

Main tasks and responsibility:

Responsible and manages all activities related to eFAN assembly.

  • Lead team, Design & development activities
  • Internal and external coordination
  • Interface with customers and suppliers

Your profile

  • Engineering Masters (PhD advantage)
  • Knowledge of Motor design / Electromagnetic
  • Knowledge & Experience with Brushless (BLDC) motors
  • Worked with Automotive OEM’s and suppliers.
  • Lead and managed engineering teams
  • Developed product from concept to production.
  • Flexible to travel.
  • Familiar with engineering process – APQP, DVP, DFMEA’s, Etc
  • Engineering experience with FANS & MOTORS
    • Motor (Low & high voltage) & controller
    • Validation & Testing
    • Manufacturing
