Position Summary

  • Lead Total Quality Management approach in all activities of the Project Team with adherence to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) as per TitanX Structured Development Process (TSDP), Customer Requirements, ISO, IATF and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
  • Execute all activities related to project quality function to achieve a flawless production launch.
  • Independent assessment of the project quality status

Your responsibilities

  • Secure rigorous application of TSDP during project process
  • Participate and contribute to product & process concept definition work.
  • Review the customer specifications to identify risks and opportunities related to quality performance.
  • Define APQP (internal and customer) checklist for projects covering all identified risks and monitor/audit the progress.
  • Challenge the budget of the project for the quality items to ensure strategy deployment.
  • Define and coordinate quality planning activities in projects.
  • Review, propose and monitor Project Quality target and KPI.
  • Participate and contribute to project related reviews (contract, specification, FMEA’s, design, drawing,…)
  • Control the links between customer product specifications, FMEAs and Control plan.
  • Issue Control Plan along with securing that control points can be measured and monitored.
  • Secure that product characteristics and requirements meets equipment capability (DFA/DFM).
  • Lead in part handling review at customer, participate to packaging and delivery standard set-up.that project reporting is based on true data and monitor that actions are developed when reporting show deviations.
  • Participate to Project QRQC
  • Support activities linked to warranty return (customer interface, analysis and progress, inputs for Warranty QRQC)

Our requirements

  • Bachelor or Masters degree  (Engineering)
  • 5- to 10-year experience in Quality
  • Good SAP & Excel skills.
  • Very good level of English
  • Result-driven, proactive & able to work under pressure to resolve crisis
  • Leadership & Communication skills to coordinate with several other departments and challenge status-quo to obtain results
  • Analytical skills to handle large amount of data and extract clear conclusions.
